Charley: Terms of service
- Charley is a personal AI assistant and coach in Telegram. It is invite-only and provided free of charge while it is being tested.
- Charley is an AI, not a doctor, therapist, lawyer or financial advisor. It can make mistakes. Check anything important before you act on it.
- Use Charley only for yourself and lawfully. Do not try to break, overload or misuse the service, and do not share passwords, card or bank numbers, or other people's sensitive details.
- You own your data. How it is stored and used is described in the privacy policy. /export gives you a copy and /deleteme deletes your account and data. Only send photos and documents you have the right to share.
- If you connect Google Calendar, Charley acts only on the calendars you choose and only as you ask. You can disconnect at any time.
- The service is provided as is, with no guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We may change it, pause it or remove an account that is misused. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by using or relying on Charley.

- Charley הוא עוזר אישי ומאמן מבוסס בינה מלאכותית בטלגרם. הוא זמין בהזמנה בלבד וללא תשלום בתקופת הבדיקות.
- Charley הוא בינה מלאכותית, לא רופא, מטפל, עורך דין או יועץ פיננסי, והוא עלול לטעות. בדקו כל דבר חשוב לפני שאתם פועלים לפיו.
- השתמשו ב-Charley רק עבור עצמכם ובאופן חוקי. אל תנסו לפגוע בשירות, להעמיס עליו או לנצל אותו לרעה, ואל תשתפו סיסמאות, מספרי כרטיס או חשבון בנק, או פרטים רגישים של אחרים.
- המידע שלכם שייך לכם. אופן השמירה והשימוש בו מתואר במדיניות הפרטיות. /export שולח עותק, ו-/deleteme מוחק את החשבון והמידע.
- אם תחברו את Google Calendar, Charley יפעל רק ביומנים שבחרתם ורק לפי בקשתכם. אפשר להתנתק בכל עת.
- השירות ניתן כפי שהוא, ללא התחייבות לזמינות או לחוסר תקלות. ייתכנו שינויים, השהיה או הסרת חשבון שנעשה בו שימוש לרעה. במידה שהחוק מתיר, איננו אחראים להפסדים שנגרמו משימוש ב-Charley או מהסתמכות עליו.
